For routine medical issues, and medically-related administration (eg Fit to Work Note request)
- Please try our e-Consult service (see Home page). This has a wide range of NHS-approved self-care advice and the option to complete an eConsult questionnaire which will be reviewed by one of our GPs. You can also use e-Consult to request a Fit Note (medical certificate) or to ask your doctor a question about your medication or what to do if your symptoms have returned. The e-Consult system has been developed by a group of general practitioners and heavily tested. You will receive a response to an e-Consult by the end of the next working day at the latest.
