Calls to Reception needing same day attention will be called back by one of the Duty team in the first instance, in order to discuss with you the best way to assist with your problem.
For any medical emergency - whatever time of the day or night - call 999.
Nurse clinics
The times for these varies but the days for specific clinics are shown on the 'Surgery and clinic times' tab
Minor Injuries Unit
For everyone - not just Wilson Practice patients - who has suffered an injury in the last 48 hours that needs medical attention
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm
Outside of our core hours
When the surgery is closed and you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, call 1-1-1. Calls to the NHS111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
NHS111 will take details from you and signpost to the most appropriate care given your condition. This could include providing contact with the out-of-hours GP service, advice on self-care or to visit a pharmacy, or to make a routine or next-day appointment with a GP.
