CORONAVIRUS: ON-LINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING SUSPENDED and PLEASE DO NOT OVER-ORDER MEDICINE
We are talking to all patients before booking appointments for them as a precaution against Coronavirus. We have therefore taken the decision to suspend on-line booking of appointments for the time being. Apologies for any inconvenience. Please consider using e-Consult (above) if you require GP advice but think you might not need to attend the surgery. You will receive a response to your e-Consult by the end of the working day after we receive it. The e-Consult portal also has links to lots of really helpful self-care advice.
Repeat medication requests and Coronavirus
We are asking patients who are on repeat medication not to request additional quantities because they are concerned about Coronavirus limiting their ability to get future supplies. The government is doing all it can to protect supply chains and advises that stockpiling may lead to artificial shortages. Thank you for your consideration.
EMERGENCIES & OUT OF HOURS
If you have a life-threatening medical emergency please dial 999. If we are closed and you require GP assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, call 1-1-1. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
