Between 8:00 - 18:30 Monday - Friday (excludng Bank Holidays) Call the surgery (01420 84676) and press '9'.   

At all other times Call NHS111 (simply dial 111)

For Routine Medical Issues

and medically-related administration (eg Fit to Work Note request)

  • Please use an e-Consult in the first instance. All questionnaires are reviewed by one of our GPs and you will be contacted by the practice at the latest by the end of the following working day (usually much sooner).
    eConsult is written and constantly reviewed by GPs. It also has a wide range of NHS-approved self-care advice as well as the option to complete an e-Consult questionnaire. You can also use e-Consult to request a Fit Note (medical certificate) or to ask your doctor a question about your medication or what to do if your symptoms have returned.

For Routine Administrative Issues

Please use e-Consult. All questionnaires are reviewed promptly. Your request will be actioned /you will be contacted by the practice at the latest by the end of the following working day (usually much sooner).
